Jan looked particularly fetching in her ‘three sizes too big’ wet weather gear that wouldn’t have look out of place in the Sydney – Hobart race!! Still, her bum never looked big in that outfit once (I am her hubby after all!) Therese (navigator) successfully plotted a course on the map (I mean chart!) and we arrived back in Rum bang on time – not Chico time but G&T time!! Only problem though…….. not much G left for the G&T and Skipper Dave was most confused by the lack of lemons. Mystery solved though – they were used for the ‘lemon infused’ Houmous of course Dave!! The evening then took a bit of a turn for the worse, Jan thought that serving up scalding hot Lasagne the conventional way on plates was far too boring and decided that covering her thighs with it (straight from the oven) would somehow make it more appealing. In a way I suppose it did since she then had to remove her jeans rather quickly and promptly ‘dunked’ herself off the back of the boat. After winning the ‘wet knicker’ competition hands (& jeans) down we spend the rest of the evening onboard listening to Skipper Dave’s tales of………. well, I’ll let him tell you him self!! The evening was helped along somewhat by Skipper Dave’s magic card tricks and magic trick of producing another bottle of Gin…….!
