Why should you register your sailing clubwith Yotlinx?
Members of your sailing club can obviously join Yotlinx as Individual Members and post events (Create an Event) in their own right or on behalf or your organisation. Registering your organisation has additional benefits
events createded in Yotlinx on behalf of your organisation can be identified with your club. This advertises them, and your organisation, to a wider audience
events can be restricted to members of your organisation, give priority to your organisation or be open to all members.
- Dingy-based sailing clubs may wish to run a Yacht Cruising/Racing section including membership through Yotlinx
- Corporate Yacht Cruising/Racing Clubs (ie: clubs with no premises) can run their activities and membership usingYotlinx as a portal for their club
- you can also opt to use Yotlinx to manage and maintain your club membership data if your members register with Yotlinx.

How do Iregister up my club
Register your Club with Yotlinx in 3 easy steps.
Step 1-Register yourself as an Individual Memberif you havn't already but read steps 2 & 3 first.
Only one person can register and subsequently update an organisations details, so it is important that you are an agreed representative of your organisation for this purpose.
Step 2- Register your organisation details.
Once your account is activated, goto 'Register an Organisation' from the Main Menu. Complete and submit the registration form
Step 3- Update yourindividualprofile with your 'organisation affiliation'.
Goto 'Edit Profile' from the Members menu (LH Blue Bar). In your profile form, update your 'organisation affiliation' by selecting your organisation from the drop-down menu (it's about half way down the form)
That's it, you are done!
